What Owners Get When Nobody Checks the Work
Paraguay has no national building code, and in practice most homes and buildings go up without anyone checking the work against a written standard. Planning is thin, technical knowledge changes from one crew to the next, and owners find the problems after they move in.
Breakers that keep tripping
Circuits nobody calculated, panels without proper protection and no grounding.
Low water pressure
Weak showers and water heaters that can't keep up, because nobody designed the supply or the pressure.
Poor planning
Air conditioning, network and drainage squeezed in wherever they fit, after the walls are already up.
No drywall, framing or insulation
Methods that are standard in the U.S. are barely used, so every repair means breaking walls and homes hold the heat.
Nobody checks before it's covered
Wiring and piping get closed into walls without a test, a photo or a sign-off.
You can't see it from abroad
If you live in the U.S. or Europe, your only update is a photo of a finished wall.
Every Trade Inspected. Nothing Covered Until It Passes.
Design & Specification
Plans, calculations and a written specification to the Symmetrical Wolf Standard, before anything is priced.
Permits & Approvals
We handle plan approval and utility paperwork, signed by registered Paraguayan professionals.
Rough-In Inspections by Trade
Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, waterproofing and structure are each inspected and photographed while everything is still open.
Close-In Inspections
Framing, insulation and pressure tests are inspected before any wall or ceiling is closed.
Final Inspections by Trade
Each trade gets its own final inspection, with every system tested live.
Handover & Warranty
Certificate of Conformity, final drawings and a written warranty from the company that built it.
Meet The Guy Behind Symmetrical Wolf
“Hey, I'm Joseca, the founder of New Jersey Kitchen Cabinets and Symmetrical Wolf. I've been in the bathroom remodeling, construction, and renovation game for over 10 years, and I'm all about creating amazing spaces that really feel like you. I'm hands-on with every bathroom remodeling project, actually any general contractor project. It's my passion to make sure things go smoothly and turn out just the way you want. That is my main goal. Honestly, I can't sleep when I know there's an issue — I don't feel at peace until it's fixed. My aim is to take the stress out of renovating and leave you with a space you'll love.”

View All ServicesSymmetrical Wolf Certified
Every tradesperson and inspector on your project is certified to the Symmetrical Wolf Standard, our written construction standard. It is built on IEC 60364 for electrical installations and NFPA 13 and NFPA 72 for fire protection, uses the U.S. National Electrical Code and U.S. plumbing and mechanical codes as design benchmarks, and is adapted to Paraguayan materials and the local grid. It goes further than local rules require, and we meet those rules on every project.
Issued by Symmetrical Wolf LLC (USA)
Certification comes from our licensed U.S. company and is tied to our written Standard.
Training, exam and renewal
Every certified worker trains on the Standard, passes a practical exam and renews every year.
Inspectors separate from the crew
The inspector on your job never works on the crew, and has the authority to stop work.
On top of local requirements
Our inspections are added to any inspection Paraguayan law requires, never in place of it.
Professional Tools. Modern Methods.
We import professional tools directly from Milwaukee, DeWalt, Hilti, Makita, Bosch, Fluke, Klein Tools, Festool, Ridgid, Leica and Stabila for every part of the job. The right tool gives a cleaner, more precise finish and keeps the schedule short. We build with current technology, not the habits of thirty years ago.

Why Investors Are Choosing Paraguay
Paraguay combines a low-tax, mainly territorial tax system, an investment-grade economy, a fast route to residency for investors and some of the lowest electricity prices in South America. Asunción alone has added hundreds of new buildings in a few years, and the industry itself admits that construction quality has not kept up. That gap is why we are here.
10% corporate tax
A low-tax, mainly territorial system: 10% corporate tax, 8% to 10% personal income tax and 10% VAT (5% on real estate sales and residential rent).
Investment grade
Rated investment grade by Moody's (2024) and S&P (2025), with 6.6% growth in 2025 and inflation near 2% in mid-2026.
Residency for investors
The 2026 Investor Pass lets qualifying investors apply directly for permanent residency. Income-producing real estate of USD 200,000 or more may qualify, subject to approval.
Low-cost clean energy
Almost entirely hydroelectric power from Itaipú and Yacyretá, at some of the lowest electricity prices in South America.
